The festival site gives the 2027 dates as 11 to 16 May. Its programme pages are organised into an adult programme, a schools programme, the Pukapuka Adventures family strand and Streetside Britomart sessions.
The 2026 edition drew international authors, including a Booker Prize winner and the novelist Alice Oseman on a first visit to New Zealand. The 2027 programme has not been released.
